2013年全球MBA排名：哈佛重登榜首

据英国《金融时报》报道,在2013年《金融时报》全球mba排名中,哈佛大学商学院时隔八年重登榜首,击败斯坦福大学商学院。
哈佛商学院是过去15年来荣登榜首的四家商学院之一,其它三所是斯坦福大学商学院、宾州大学沃顿商学院和伦敦经济学院。
哈佛商学院排名上升标志着美国顶级mba在《金融时报》年度排名中的复兴。在今年的排名中,跻身前十的美国商学院共有六所,比去年增加一所。在前100名最佳商学院中,51所在美国。
今年的排名还显示,随着优质mba的发展,亚洲国家尤其是中国的商学院继续崛起。前100强有14所来自亚太地区(2012年为11所),其中中国六所,香港科技大学名列第八。
与亚洲国家优质商学院数量攀升形成对照的是欧洲尤其是英国入围商学院的减少。百强商学院中英国今年只有11所,去年为14所,2009年曾多达18所。由于对那些希望毕业后留在英国工作的人发放的工作签字数量受限,英国mba入学人数尤其受到沉重打击。即使是在排行榜的顶级商学院,入学人数自2010年以来也下降了20%。
《金融时报》的排名依据是对商学院和2009年毕业校友进行的调查。它从校友职业发展、国际知名度、学生和职员多样性以及师资与研究质量等指标对mba课程进行评估。
通过改善《金融时报》评测指标所涉及的多个方面,哈佛大学商学院第四次荣登榜首。三年来哈佛大学商学院毕业三年后校友的平均工资首次超过斯坦福大学商学院,为19万美元。在研究质量分项指标上哈佛大学商学院也力拔头筹。研究质量根据45家主要学术与实践刊物发文数量衡量,2012年是沃顿商学院居首。
西班牙esade商学院(esade business school)和英国剑桥大学佳奇商学院(university of cambridge: judge)是排名进步最大的商学院,排名分别上升11位和10位。
mba课程的学员主要为职业人士,平均年龄28岁,平均年薪6.5万美元。毕业三年后,校友多担任高级经理或更高职位,平均年薪为13.4万美元。
89%的校友在毕业后三个月内找到工作,其余人则就业困难。2011年英国《金融时报》对mba毕业生的调查发现,27%的人对毕业后第一份工作的工资不满,37%的人则对职位的级别感到失望。
