前段时间，QS发布了2022世界大学综合排名，其中新加坡国立大学一如既往位列前茅，排名11，香港大学不甘人后排名22。这两大学的法律专业和它们的综合排名一样优秀，都是位于世界前列，新加坡国立大学排在12，香港大学排在19。那么它们的申请条件有什么不同呢？今天，我们就一起来看看看吧。

一、香港大学Master of Laws

1、项目简介：香港大学的法律硕士课程是一项竞争激烈的课程，专为在世界各地顶尖大学修读首个法律学位并取得优异成绩的人士而设。许多来参加这个项目的人已经拥有非凡的法律经验和研究生学位。该课程为学生提供最大限度的灵活性，在一个友好、参与和国际化的环境中发展他们的法律利益和专业知识。这是General Stream，学生可灵活选课，需要完成72个学分，按照courses outline和个人兴趣来选课，也可以在各个分支项目或以下几类课程中选课（包括PRC Law、Human Rights and Public Law、Commercial, Corporate and Financial Law、International and Comparative Law、Admiralty and Shipping、Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law、Others），其中每个分支项目的课程不能超过5门。

2、课程设置：
（1）Capstone courses
(Students must choose one course from the list below.)

LLAW6054 9-credit Dissertation*
LLAW6014 18-credit Dissertation (18 credits)*
LLAW6022 Advanced research methodology
* LLAW6014 and LLAW6054 are mutually exclusive.

（2）Electives
(Students may choose courses from the course outlines of individual areas of law below, and courses from any of the specialist programmes, in any case, no more than five courses from each of the specialist curricula.)

Human rights and public law
Commercial, corporate and financial law
International and comparative law
Admiralty and shipping
Information technology and intellectual property law
Others

本科背景: 至少二级荣誉的法律学士学位或至少两年工作经验和专业资格
GPA: 建议3.5+
语言要求:IELTS 7.0(6.5)或TOEFL-IBT 97

二、新加坡国立大学Master of Laws

1、项目简介：NUS的法学院是1956年成立的，历史悠久，被广泛认为是全球顶级法学院之一，也是亚洲数一数二的法学院。NUS的法律专业在2021年QS专业排名中排第12名，亚洲第一名。法学算是NUS众多优秀学科中的一门，NUS的LLM毕业生在全球的认可度也是很高的。该项目可以选择不选分支，也可以在6个分支中选择自己感兴趣的分支，在对应领域进行专业研究（例如1. Asian Legal Studies; 2. Corporate & Financial Services Law; 3. Intellectual Property & Technology Law; 4. International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution; 5. International & Comparative Law; 6. Maritime Law），选择面广，灵活性高。其中Intellectual Property & Technology Law专注于科学和技术的迅猛发展引起的法律问题。提供的课程包括传统的知识产权法课程，包括版权，专利，外观设计，商标和机密信息方面的课程；以及其他专门针对相关技术的技术，例如生物医学法，电信法和互联网法。

2、课程设置：
1.Asian Legal Studies(At least 24 credits)
compulsory modules –Legal Systems of Asia (4 credits) and, for students from civil law jurisdictions, Singapore Common Law of Contract (4 credits)

2.Corporate & Financial Services Law(At least 24 credits)
compulsory module – Elements of Company Law (4 credits)

3.Intellectual Property & Technology Law(At least 24 credits)
compulsory module – Law of Intellectual Property (8 credits)

4.International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution(At least 24 credits)
（1）compulsory modules：
International Commercial Arbitration (5 credits)
International Dispute Settlement (5 credits)
Topics in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (1 credit).
（2）elective modules (at least two)：
International Arbitration & The New York Convention
SIAC and Institutional Arbitration
Current Challenges to Investment Arbitration
Complex Arbitrations: Multiparty - Multicontract

5.International & Comparative Law(At least 24 credits)
the compulsory module – Public International Law (5 credits)

6.Maritime Law(At least 24 credits)
compulsory modules – Carriage of Goods by Sea (5 credits) AND Charterparties (5 credits)
