Dear Sir or Madam,

Hello, Mr./Miss. Hello.

I am Gu Yu Zheng, a senior student from School of Economics and Commerce in SCUT.

First of all, I am honored to be awarded the Hello-Scholarship this spring and appreciate that all kinds of help from HelloEdu and all people involved, not only in financial terms but also substantial and psychological aspects. As a consequence, without this project and the one who supported it, never can I have a chance to seize this precious opportunity. Thank again for the tutors, the interviewees, the calling receptionists, the managers, general managers and others in particular.

Before I applied for this scholarship, it was not so certain for me to go abroad. I was always afraid to speak English and it was occasional for me to attend the selection of Hello-Scholarship right before my summer-vacation academic camp to Hong Kong. It was my tutor who encouraged me to participate in and accepted my application at the last minutes. So without her help, I cannot imagine that the one who has not gained an international English score like me can finally prove to be the one gained the scholarship for international education.

Besides the interviews I took for the exchange students to Taiwan in our school, I have failed 4 English interviews totally, to name it, 2 speaking parts of IELTS with the score 5 and 5.5 and a occupation interview for an international enterprise. So after the Hello-Scholarship, the first English interview I survived, it played a significant motivational role to keep me straightforward and never frustrated. I felt confident that I am one of the winners of the prize and the prize winner should be competent to speak English proficiently. As a result, I have make all efforts of mine to accomplish the plan to Hong Kong I have said in the interview in front of the managers, at least, scoring 7.0 in the IELTS in this stage. So at the exact time that I finished my final IELTS, my third tests, I gained this financial reward. It resembles the symbol of my final achievement because I am confident to gain 7.0 at this time, a huge progress for me after my 2 months efforts, and I will continue moving my plan to the next stage, rewarding HelloEdu to some extents. Hello-Scholarship did exert a cornerstone influence of my future campus-life.

During the interview of Hello-Scholarship, I felt satisfied when I first acknowledged HelloEdu and the managers who tried their best to simulate the foreign interviews which we would be confronted with in the near future. Their high emphasis and their diligences deserve the best admiration, which impressed me a lot.

Last but not least, thank again for the Hello Education Corporation. With the prize, I will study more hard in the future and I believe that I will not disappoint the people love me and whom I love.
