ＡＰＰ校友简介：G同学，来自广州华师附中。现在在美国排名前５的宾夕法尼亚大学读大二。主修生物学和市场营销双专业。
(1) 关于学业：
Q1：学校的课程体系是怎样的？这学期你选了哪些课？
Ｇ：宾大有四个学院，文理学院，沃顿商学院，工程学院，以及护理学院。选课还是非常自由的，只要符合prerequisite可以选任何学院的课。除了专业要求的课以外还有generalrequirement比如文理学院就要求上一些humanities，history，arts，science啊还有像写作这样的课。这学期我在上5门沃顿的基础课，金融会计经济之流的，真的和当初APP老师建议的一样，是非常实用的课程。还有1门生物课，还有1门非常有爱的摄影课，经常跑出去拍拍照装装文艺~
Q2：哪门课给你留下最深的印象？可描述一下教授的授课形式，课堂讨论，作业等。
Ｇ：给我印象最深的也是我最喜欢的一节课是marketing的入门课。这门课每周就一节lecture一节recitation。lecture上教授就讲些理论知识（教授很搞笑也很帅！），recitation就要读一个case然后讨论。case都是和当周学的知识相关的各个行业的公司的例子，比如有Zara啦Starbucks啦，能很好的把知识和实际市场联系起来，而且读起来非常有意思。这门课其中还有三周的时间要玩一个市场模拟的软件（跟高中很多学校玩的JA蛮像的），每队是一家公司，和其他公司在市场里竞争，根据市场调研做很多分析然后决定生产和营销。我们队最后拿了很好的成绩所以非常享受这个过程哈哈~
(2)关于课外活动：
Q3:学校有什么传统或特别的活动？简要介绍一下。
Ｇ：Spring Fling ， 简而言之就是年度开趴喝酒盛会。每年都会请挺牛逼的乐队/DJ来
演，整个校园里就飘散着酒精的感觉。（所以Penn真的是党校啊！！不过中国学生这个
时候很多都一边默默学习一边想着美国人都趴体去了下周考试还不虐爆他们！！（笑）
Q4：你高中时的兴趣和爱好是什么？现在还在坚持吗？
Ｇ：高中的时候开始自己摸索着学做饭，现在愈演愈烈力求每餐饭都做不一样
东西（非常感谢我室友对这个行径一直以来的支持以及鼓励。）
(3)关于吃喝玩乐的生活：
Q5:学校哪个饭堂最好吃？平时喜欢到哪里觅食？
G：据说有个全美大学食堂排名。。Penn高居倒数第二。有个market型的饭堂还不错，有sushi pasta汉堡沙拉的，算是我最喜欢的了。不过校园周围有很多好餐厅！我宿舍对面有一家中餐馆，老板是沃顿毕业生，做的菜真是业界良心，每周必吃3次。学校附近还有日本菜韩国菜泰国菜印度菜全方位满足你的需求。城里更是好餐厅一大堆。
Q6：你寻常的一天是怎样度过的？
G：有时候一整天的课，从9点上到6点不带休息的，宾大的学习氛围很好，学生都很认真的。有时候课少一点下午就出去拍拍照，或者去实验室干干活。晚上一般就写作业去gym社团开会。周末一般和大家出去吃饭呀逛街呀看电影呀，生活相当充实嗯。
Q7：你是否适应了你现在所生活的城市？（在气候、环境等方面)
G：基本上都适应了。但是费城的天气真是忍受不能。前一天还阳光明媚穿单衫出门的第二天就能零度以下飘起雪花，而且风大的我觉得随时都会被吹走……请想来penn的柔弱妹子们慎重啊。
(4)关于将来：
Q8：有什么话想跟高中的学弟学妹们说？包括申请方面的建议？
Ｇ：如果想要出国的同学，一定要尽早做准备和有规划地去准备，当初APP的老师建议我提早准备而且帮我进行很完善的语言备考复习计划，文书也是写得非常独到。。所以我是当年全广东唯一两个录到宾大的学生之一。机会总留给有准备的人嘛。另外要说的就是做你想做的事情，坚持你热爱的东西。不用做每件事的时候都考虑这件事给你带来什么，能不能往简历上添上一笔。跟随你感觉去做一些随意的疯狂的没人理解的事情，你会发现在将来的某一天这些随心的决定会成非常有用的经历。至于更多申请的建议，等回国后参加APP的校友聚会再和学弟学妹们分享吧。
